Play Leaders
Play Leaders are fundamental in helping to ensure OPAL play is successful. They get out the equipment, monitor things that are broken and then help put the equipment away. They look to see that children in the playground are playing in the right way and will help those children who might be lonely or struggling, bringing things to the attention of an adult member of the play team if necessary.
